Immerse yourself in the flavours of the east coast as you take part in preparing this traditional meal.
This experience is all about participation. You will be taught by a local chef how to prepare and cook each element of this meal. The crabs have been brought from the local lagoon and the curry leaves picked straight from the restaurant’s garden, you cannot get more locally sourced than this. After you have helped to prepare each element, take a seat and enjoy the feast. From the coconut sambol to the crab curry and gravy, your taste buds will be very happy. Finish off with a dessert prepared by the chef.
