Immerse yourself in the flavours of the east coast as you take part in preparing this traditional meal.
This experience is all about participation. You will be taught by a local chef how to prepare and cook each element of this meal. The crabs have been brought from the local lagoon and the curry leaves picked straight from the restaurantâ€™s garden, you cannot get more locally sourced than this. After you have helped to prepare each element, take a seat and enjoy the feast. From the coconut sambol to the crab curry and gravy, your taste buds will be very happy. Finish off with a dessert prepared by the chef.
